Otis
Branding, Naming, Interior Renering & Collateral
Luxury Residences | Washington, D.C.
710 Otis is a landmark redevelopment rooted in Washington, D.C.’s history. Once home to Eugene Charles Allen - the White House’s longest-serving head butler, who guided eight U.S. presidents - the property now stands as a modern tribute to a timeless legacy.
Our Role
Our work focused on creating a brand identity, renderings, and print collateral that honor the home’s historic significance while presenting it as a vision of contemporary luxury.
01
Brand Identity
We began by shaping the essence of the Otis brand - developing an identity that reflects timeless elegance and the distinguished character of its Washington, D.C. setting. From there, we crafted a visual language that included:
- A bespoke logo with clean, modern lines, echoing architectural refinement.
- A refined font system featuring Poppins, balancing clarity with sophistication.
- A palette rooted in understated luxury: deep graphite, soft beige, gentle blue, and muted taupe.
- A brand philosophy centered on harmony, modern heritage, and elevated living.
