The Meriwether is an elegant real estate development nestled in the heart of Washington, D.C. Our goal was to craft an identity and visual presence that felt as timeless as the city itself—bridging historical charm with a modern sensibility.
Our Role
Heraphy was entrusted with developing the Meriwether from the ground up—starting with naming and brand philosophy and carrying that identity across every visual and physical touchpoint.

Brand Identity
We began by shaping the essence of the brand—developing the name “The Meriwether” to evoke grace, permanence, and heritage. From there, we crafted a visual language that included:
- A bespoke logo inspired by classical architecture and serif elegance
- A refined font system, featuring Gilda Display
- A palette grounded in understated luxury: deep burgundy, soft cream beige, and subtle vintage tones.
- A brand philosophy grounded in balance, sophistication, and story

3D Visualization & Animation
To bring the Meriwether to life prior to construction, we produced:
- Full exterior modeling and rendering of the architectural vision
- Cinematic 3D animation to showcase the structure within its real-world context
- Day-to-night light studies and atmospheric visuals for marketing assets
